The 14-day free trial comes first
Every new membership starts with a 14-day free trial — you can explore the full catalog and cancel from your Account page before it ends without ever being charged. We'd rather you try before paying than need a refund after.
7-day no-questions refund window
Life with a neurodivergent family is busy, and subscription charges sneak up on everyone. If you didn't mean to be charged — you forgot to cancel the trial, or forgot the renewal — email us within 7 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions, no guilt.
After 7 days
Charges older than 7 days are generally not refundable, but if something exceptional happened — a billing error on our side, or circumstances you'd like us to consider — email us anyway. We're a small team and a human reads every message.
What charges look like on your statement
Charges (and refunds) from NeurodivergentU appear on your card statement as MMG (MagiMediaGroup)— our parent company. If you see that descriptor and don't recognize it, it's us! Please reach out before disputing the charge with your bank — we resolve billing questions fast, and a quick email is easier for everyone than a chargeback.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Cancelling your membership is separate from (and doesn't require) a refund — cancel anytime from your Account page and keep access through what you've paid for.
