What NeurodivergentU is
NeurodivergentU is a subscription video platform offering courses for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children, and for neurodivergent adults. A single membership unlocks the full course catalog while your subscription is active.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our courses are educational. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or educational-placement advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals who know your family's situation. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication, or special education services should always be made with appropriate professionals.
Your account
Accounts are created with your email address — we send a sign-in code instead of storing a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone who controls your inbox can sign into your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Because your inbox is effectively the key to your account, we strongly recommend protecting your email account with a passkey and/or two-factor authentication (2FA). Every major email provider (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo) offers these free in their security settings, and they are the single most effective step you can take to protect this account — and everything else your email unlocks.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Membership is billed as a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. New members get a 14-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from your Account page — cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Our refund policy is described on the Refunds page.
Community rules
Lessons may include a discussion area. Be kind. Specifically, do not post: harassment or hate speech; other people's private information; medical claims presented as fact; spam or self-promotion; or content that identifies children other than in general, respectful terms. We may hide or remove posts and, for repeated or serious violations, suspend accounts.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform (that's what makes comments visible to other members). You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
Courses, videos, transcripts, and materials are owned by NeurodivergentU and its subsidiaries and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you're a member. Don't redistribute, resell, re-upload, or share your account to give others access.
Service changes and availability
We're a small operation and we work hard to keep the platform available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire courses and features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give active subscribers reasonable notice and won't charge for time we don't deliver.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeurodivergentU's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify active members by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
